What data?
When you join the waitlist, we collect only:
- your email address
- the language you chose on the site (French or English)
- your signup date
Why?
To notify you of the launch of the Kroak app and keep you updated on the project's progress. No other purpose.
Legal basis
Your consent, given explicitly when you submit your email address via the signup form.
Who sees your data?
Your data is accessible to:
- us (Kroak), to send you launch-related communications
- Supabase Inc., our database host - EU region (Paris, France)
No data is sold, shared for advertising purposes, or transferred to any third party outside of these technical processors.
How long?
Your data is kept until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction with us (email open, click, etc.). After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may at any time:
- access your data
- correct or delete it
- object to its processing
- request its portability
- withdraw your consent
